I am a skeptical, pessimistic, conspiracy theorist lol when it comes to other people working on my things in any capacity and they knew it but showed me grace still and showed and proved that they were on the up and up.
Well, right after my vehicle went in to Master Tech, they called me and notified me about the fact the dealer had been TOTALLY WRONG about my rear brakes (I wonder if the dealer even pulled off either rear wheels) and they also told me the upper ball joints (especially the right one) are ready to go - basically - as it was, the vehicle was unsafe to drive
Would definitely use again.
Technicians were thorough and did a great job.

Ethan, and the staff at Master Tech top of the line shop ,i will always take my vehicles to them.
Clutch was not adjusted correctly (probably to get me to come back sooner), was charged for a replacement water pump, and old pump was still on and had not been touched by the shop, among other sketchy things
They do great work, plus I like that it's a private business rather than a chain like Big O or Meineke, and that it's small vs.
