I have yet to speak with any of the mechanics who don’t know Merc inside and out.
However- after having received further clarification (See owner’s response below), it’s fair to update my overall experience with MBT to a 5 star
They found a socket that was left from previous maintenance, and didn't charge me a thing.
I have taken both my Mercedes (E350 coupe and S550 cabriolet) for years and David the owner has always known exactly how to take care of the cars, diagnose any issues accurately, and been honest and fair with the pricing.
Called for an estimate and was given it over the phone…
I only trust David and his team with my Mercedes and recommend anyone with a Mercedes to only take it to MBT of Atlanta!
His customer service was excellent and he was concerned about me as a customer as it pertain to having my vehicle repair properly and even gave assistance with questions as it pertains to following up with the insurance company.
