They handle all the panicked people in need of winter tires wonderfully and with a lot of patience and reassurance.
When my bad tire and wheel didn’t make it into my trunk they took responsibility for the oversight and took the tire & wheel to it’s needed destination!
I told Jarrod this, and not only did he immediately get to work to fix it, but he didn't charge me an extra dime.
