I came to Mike's auto glass based on the reviews and I will say this place is definitely worth five stars! The sunroof on my Mercedes Benz C300 came off track and wouldn't close. I went to Mike's auto glass in a bit of a panic because I was leaving the following day to relocate to Georgia and didn't want to make that drive with a sunroof that was propped open(Of course it breaks the day before my departure). Upon arriving I was greeted by Michelle and explained to her that I tried making an appointment,but failed to do so through the website and that I was in a bit of a predicament. Michelle was very kind and informed me that they didn't have a lot of appointments and would be able to take me (Thank you sweet baby Jesus! ). They went above and beyond and their service with the vehicle as Audi had changed their calibration process with the 2024 model Q7's and they personally drove the vehicle to Audi customer service to finish the calibration for me.

The biggest selling factor here is the shop did a wonderful job repairing my sunroof at an HONEST price for the work that needed to be done.

My SUV sunroof shattered on a trip to Tampa, was able to coordinate with insurance/Mike's Auto Glass to get the replacement glass within ~24 hours, and replaced the next day!

Eric, the tech that worked on my older model 300Z has years of experience and it shows.
The 2nd time I have used them and have tried to use other companies that "come to you" and got frustrated both times.
Mike came in and told me exactly what was wrong with my sunroof and that the whole sunroof would need to be replaced and recommended me taking it to the dealership, but in the meantime the sunroof is closed so that I could make my drive safely.
