Very thorough, very deliberate ,very knowledgeable ,he may very well have saved me a lot of money instead of rebuilding a gearbox to assume a second gear synchro issue ,instead we replaced a second gear detent with an aftermarket product that he researched, Got rid of the previous owners Ill-advised short shift kit and put in OEM shift linkage and the appropriate transmission fluid and now the Boxster shifts like it should.
