He took the extra time to figure out the electronic mechanism so he didn't have to destroy the lock and saved me money from having to buy a new one - his skills are really cool to see in person.
Moe was available when I called, arrived 15 minutes later, and got both locks repaired quickly and for a reasonable price.
Of all the locksmiths we've had over the years, he certainly can take the no 1 spot easily.
