Had to stop by at 4:30 (they close at 5) on a Saturday with a minor emergency ( not the first time I have overestimated my novice mechanic skills and bitten off more than I can chew! ). The master tech fixed the part, and we spent a few minutes chatting before I was on my way with a no-charge fix! They have earned all my future business! Thank you!
