Oscar and Eric both put me at ease when I made my appointment and arrived at the shop. Oscar has done work on my daughter and son-in-law's car and I was so impressed with Oscar's honesty and professionalism, I knew my next service would be with him. Oscar provides detailed explanations of what work needs immediate attention and what work can be watched over time. No pressure or upselling. And even tough it was just one service, Oscar impressed upon me that he was probably one of the most gifted mechanics I’ll ever meet.
Motorkraft was closed for the Holiday weekend but the owner was there and was so kind and throughly checked the car for us.
