After they completed the PPI, the owner (I believe) himself explained everything in the report, line-by-line, and gave me what I would easily call the most thorough and profesional experience I've had at an auto repair shop.
The team assessed my car and Louis called me to tell me what is wrong, in order of importance.
He even explained the slight nuances in the oil for my specific model After I drove off I found there was an issue with the sliding doors that wasn’t there before.
After the project was complete there was a lingering issue which Motus Auto continued to troubleshoot until it was resolved.
