I have been a loyal customer of Grant Automotive for several years now. I've never thought of writing a review until this last visit. I take my vehicle in, cringing at the thought of what it is going to cost me and every time I go to Grant I save every time over writes from other shops and dealerships. In my experience this usually means that the service is a little lackluster as well but not at Grant. They will not upsell you services that are not necessary. Their staff from the front desk through the sales/service guys and back into the shop are helpful, courteous, thorough, and thoughtful. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else and I constantly encourage my friends to make them the first call as well. I am very thankful that I was able to find them and appreciate everything...
