Not only did they help diagnose his issue, they had the part ordered and helped resolve his issue the following day, at literally less than a third of the price quoted from the service dealership.

If they would have explained their service then maybe I'd be a more willing to spend more money with them as most of their reviews are positive.

I've always had excellent, friendly, fast service with Naper Auto works.

I really liked their online systems where they show you pictures, pricing, explanations and you can pick and choose what work you want done easily.

They explained everything throughly, their texting function is convenient, and they sent everything that was wrong with my vehicle plus an estimate via text.

Another shop had just done a dangerously bad brake job - forgetting to reattach a whole caliper assembly, which caused the brakes to fail completely while my pregnant wife was driving.

I would, and have, recommended Naper Auto Works to friends asking for a reliable auto repair shop!
