Instead of trying to sell me more expensive tires, they called another business, got me on their schedule the same day, and kept me within my budget.
Parts were ordered on Wednesday around noon and work was done Thursday morning to get us back on our way by noon.
I was expecting to leave the tire overnight because they were obviously slammed, but he had us in and out in 20 minutes-- old tire off, new tire on, inspected, and balanced.
