I wasn't pressured into any sort of up-selling, but instead they offered a suggestion for an easy fix.
Even called afterward to make sure the hitch piece I purchased worked out.
Not only did they do amazing work with my older (2011) trailer, they were more than accommodating with me dropping a lifter in my engine and having to buy a new engine, barrowing a truck to get my trailer to them after hours, they handled all of my insurance needs, I'm glad I didn't listen to the one star review, but it just proves no matter what you can't please everyone.
I told them a bunch of things I might need, however they thoroughly checked and said I did not need them at this time.
I have to say this is one of the most professional businesses I've every dealt with.
