Well, as a professional mechanic, mostly working on Mercedes Benz in dealers since 1978, he was by far THE worst, most controlling boss I've ever had and believe me when I say I've had quite a few over the years.
Robert is the best took care of me
Robert does great work, communicates very well, and is always timely in getting the repairs completed.
I was having the absolute worst luck getting a tow truck, so he came to my house himself and temporarily fixed the issue to be able to drive my car to his shop and fix it there and then offered to drop it back off to me when my car was finished.
