Would return and recommend
I did not have to go to Knoxville or Asheville for a repair done right on a European vehicle.
My whole experience with them was amazing from start to finish, Crystal was very compassionate when I panicked and thought I was going to have to cancel my appointment to bring my car in but she reassured me that it didn't matter if I brought my car on that day or another day, that my car would be fixed.
Nikki and Barbara were great from start to finish.
They have worked on our vehicles before so this was a return visit and I am confident they will do the same quality repairs.
I don't care if Bryan is family, or not; allowing him to be a useful part of society.
We have had several things fixed there from hail damage to a tree falling on a truck.
Took a little bit to get it in to have the service taken care of but that's only because there were so many cars with the same issue (hail damage).
