Josh and his team are top-notch. We had an emergency right as we were leaving for our 10-day vacation (sheared studs leading to loss of a trailer tire in the middle of the Baltimore Beltway…. ) Josh was quick to respond, asked the right questions to make sure he had the parts and could accomplish the repair, and had us back on the road in a couple of hours after installing a high-quality Dexter hub. His service rate was more than reasonable under the circumstances. He even offered us a temporary spare tire so that we could be covered on our vacation until we could source a replacement rim after coming home. Always courteous and professional on the phone.
