If you have a high end European car there is always a tiny bit of trepidation when going outside of the dealer's garage—you wonder if the technician is *really* knowledgable and up to the task.

I took my Mercedes R350 in for service to correct the timing and replace the cam adjusters which took care of the problem I was having.
He instinctively knows what is wrong (contrary to the dealer) from experience and if there is the rare mistake, he eats it and is a man of his word.
They were able to fix a problem with my car that had been baffling the dealership.
