Raj and his team came through for me and my vehicle during an unexpected break down in Martinez when several other shops in the area could not including Pep Boys, Sears, Firestone, and others who I had called previously that same morning. My 1984 Volkswagen Vanagon had a failed alternator the night before driving through on my way to Santa Cruz from Sacramento. When I finally called Raj around 10 am he was able to locate the right part, including a battery, have them at his shop before noon, and had my vehicle ready to go by 1:30 pm. Note that he was prepared to accept and install any part that I had on hand which the other shops would not have done.
