I started with Paragon Freight 1/1/2020. I started as a company driver and working primarily in the Midwest and East. From my first contact with my dispatcher, Vlad, I really felt respect. The company only had about 40 trucks at the time and so there was a real focus on maintaining driver relationships. The company has grown to over two hundred trucks now and I still feel that same focus on driver happiness. Paragon helped me start my own LLC, find a bank that worked with transportation companies, and has even gone so far as to help me understand my taxes. The whole Paragon team has been incredibly supportive. I now have my own truck and make more money than anyone I have met pulling dry van.
