I would like to share that this auto shop is one of the best I've experienced. My SUV broke down on the Dan Ryan and this shop provided me with transportation to my hotel in the city and also were able to get some major work on my vehicle in 24 hours. The were very professional, reasonable in cost and tremendously helpful. I'm hopeful that I will not have car problems in the Chicago area anytime soon, but if I do, I will DEFINITELY use Parkview. Elias is an excellent service writer and a good, honest person.
The work that they did on my van is excellent, plus they guarantee their work.

Took it in and they were able to give me an estimate after going through the diagnostic.
Sam was able to diagnose the issue and quoted us the price before starting any work.

Excellent customer service, I appreciate the honesty on if it was worth fixing my truck it wasn't unfortunately but it is what it is.
