The founder/owner James Washington had an interest of how things worked starting from a young boy. He would often get into trouble for using his father's tools to take various things apart. This later led to his fascination with cars. After high school he joined the United States Marine Corps, but never lost his interest in cars. Eventually he enrolled in Automotive Technology at Savannah Technical College. While enrolled in college he was hired at a local Honda dealership, which later sent him to the Honda/Acura training center in Alpharetta GA. James also attained his credentials as an ASE Certified Technician. In 2006 he opened his first shop (JW's Automotive) which later became Perfect Timing Automotive Services in 2013.
