The whole team at Pioneer is beyond fantastic. I had the privilege of working with Jim. This was my first experience with extensive hail damage. From the initial call, Jim provided the best customer service I've ever received. He coordinated directly with the insurance company, arranged my rental, kept in constant contact with updates and delivered the car in perfect condition earlier than expected. Oh yeah, and he had the car detailed and topped off the gas. Pioneer actually made an auto repair experience pleasurable - that is unheard of! I will be going back to Jim and Pioneer for all my future auto repair needs.
