Car looks new!!
Having to get a car repaired is very challenging enough, this place made it so easy and communicated so well throughout the process.
Excellent service, great communication, kept me updated.
The job done to my car was explain to me and completed before the estimated time frame.
Platinum was able to get it back to normal and even did it ahead of schedule!
Kyle, who I worked with, got me the OEM parts that I wanted and needed for my Lexus IS and made sure that it was done right.
When I call Mon Fernanda told me earliest pick up was on Wed (call back again trying to see my schedule) Fernanda told she talk Manager was able to do same day pick up I was thank you so much perfect.
Staff at Platinum is super professional and great at communicating the entire process of getting your vehicle suited up again.
The customer service was outstanding and I truly felt like they had my best interest.
