These guys were the best! We were stranded at 1 am, two other tow trucks had not shown up, we called Platinum Towing & they were there quickly. They went above & beyond their duties. My mother-in-law has a bad heart & was without her oxygen & meds. The waited with us till the uber driver arrived. We were very impressed & grateful! ! Don't bother calling anyone else, these guys are the BEST! !

I had my phone on silent so when they got to my building I was not able to tell them where to park the car they towed for my bf and it’s a not running car so if they didn’t park it right where they needed I would have major problems.
