Also saved me over $1700 by convincing me NOT to get a new hybrid battery, because it isn't cost-effective to replace an inefficient battery no error codes--yes , gas mileage is down, but I'd never save enough on gas to recoup the $1700.
I've gotten water pump replaced and just recent my hybrid battery...
After driving a few hundred miles I had a violent shake of the engine, took it to them to diagnose and they said everything is fine, took it to my mechanic and he replaced the transmission seal on the axle, and all four motor mounts and all is well.
Since I've had my car he's the only mechanic I have been dealing with.
