On Saturday, October 4th I went to PAG for the second time since I have lived in Maryland to get my windshield replaced. Although the crack, a result of storm hail, was small and had only started to spread, I decided to have the entire windshield replaced. I was in and out in less than an hour.

From the time I made the call to make the appointment, to completion of the work , I am very impressed, this was a first class service all the way ,it is hard to find first class service these days
Note: the small window repair entails removing entire interior door panel and it's a royal pain if you have never done it before.
From my grandfather previous experience went back years later with a lifetime warranty!
I asked many service providers for a quote for replacing the front and back glass both local businesses and widely famous businesses.
They vacuumed, replaced and even took the time to take off the exterior tape residue from the car.
Cleaned up the broken glass, replaced the passenger window, and was in and out in 45 minutes.
