I had a problem at local shop and called this shop and was taken care of IMMEDIATELY.
I brought in my car to have the brake calipers replaced and since it’s my only transportation, I waited in the shop.
Tyler, the store manager, is a really good guy.
Two trips and over $1,400 spent in another shop did not resolve the issue.
They didn't talk down to me and treat me like I didn't know what was going on.
QC Auto Service was friendly and helped me out.
The guys here worked diligently to get my seized Lugnuts off of my tires.
Great customer service, kind of slow tho bcuz I had to wait over an hour for an oil change even though I had an appointment, but they did a great job
