Been a customer for years !
The guys at R&I took the car to the smog shop and explained the work to them and got my certificate fo me.
All this work was timely mannered, the team really went above and beyond to make this happen on time for our last minute trip.
They concluded with a couple of suggestions, trans fluid and clutch fluid for next service.
R & I took it for a test drive and definitely heard the noise and then did the research to note there was a service bulletin for the exact issue.
Ray understood my situation (transporting a very sick relative home after treatment at Kaiser) and cared enough to get the job done!
