I dropped my car off to get my brakes fixed. My car was shaking violently anytime I attempted to apply my brakes while driving. I called around to several mechanics and they were booked up and unable to see me on short notice. I called and talked to Tim, and they were able to get my car in to be seen that day! I was told the wait would be a few hours (completely understandable, they seem to have a lot of customers) so they brought me back to my house so I wasn't stuck up there waiting. I was called back within 3 hours, and told what was wrong with my car and what it would cost to fix. I wound up needing new brake pads and rotors, which I suspected. The cost was reasonable (less than the $600ish I was quoted elsewhere), and they even applied a coupon for me, so my total was less than...
