I got the at 730 am and checked in first w/o an appointment.
I’ve been using them for 4 years and I won’t go anywhere else.
The staff is exceptional, very professional, and even though I am not very vehicle savvy, Reno Tire Pros were able to work within my budget and get me back on the road without having to worry that I was being taken advantage of.
They're fair honest and good people
Super friendly, great customer service and totally reasonable prices.
Went in first thing in morning to see if they could patch our tire, they looked it over and showed my husband that it not only was leaking around the tire valve but it also had a small puncture.
Availability and Efficiency!
They had excellent communication, above and beyond customer service and rock star auto work.
I got my tires replaced through them last year and have came in a few times for other work and question, the customer service is just excellent!
