It's been 23 years now that I've been relying on you to keep my vehicles running, and 20 years since Mike recommended that I buy a Tacoma - thank you Mike! Sometimes, as I am sitting in the waiting area listening to Mike interact with a customer, I am just amazed at his 'triage' skills. Whatever the knowledge level of the client is, Mike is always able to glean information from them and develop an idea of what the issue might be with the vehicle in question. He is incredible. Everyone at the counter is so friendly - Mike, Cheryl, and Michelle!
