The rental car I had ran out of battery on the side of the highway and the roadside assistance group sent Joel out but failed to tell him it was on the side of the road so the tow he had would not work.

So sorry we forgot the driver's name but he was great - helpful, communicated well, and no damage beyond our pride for getting into the mess in the beginning!

I have to add that the dispatcher twice did not provide the correct time of arrival and never called back as he promised.

Andrew showed up knew exactly about my ML550 Mercedes, gave me some helpful info on the car, The service ,what to expect in the future with the drive chain milage, moved around hooking it up perfectly and at the same time ,GREAT attitude, GREAT service, Five star man!

Good service and very quick my battery died and they came in 10 minutes and fixed it 10/10 would recommend price is reasonable aswell
