The process was easy, they were prompt in providing an offer and prepaid shipping labels.
Happy to be able to replace the item that fell off my car a few months ago.
Perfect fit and I was pleasantly pleased with the condition of the rim.
Transaction was a snap and they notified me by e-mail with every status change (including tracking number) all the way up to the delivery date.
It came a few weeks later and I took to my shop, and they said it was bent beyond balancing, after contacting Santa Ana they took care of the situation and sent another.
I received the wheel before the arrival date, the wheel was used but no scratches almost new.
Thieves stole all 4 wheels on my accord so I replaced with wheels from oemwheelshop.
