Jake is very good at communicating with existing customers and potential customers as he shows great patience when communicating either in person or on the phone or other communication resources.
And with it being an interference motor this operation is very sensitive and requires a certain level of expertise so as to not compromise the engine.
My experience with Schmidt Auto was fantastic, dealing with aftermarket warranties is very much like pulling teeth but Jake handled everything including keeping me updated along the way!
