I had to have a CHEVROLET truck towed from the CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP in Lugoff after the truck had sit for 3 weeks at the dealership...
Great communication- called me 2x- once to tell me what was wrong and get the ok to repair, then again to tell me what they did and it was ready.
Thanks to Jason (the owner), his Mom who was so gracious and kind to me, and of course the mechanic who bent over backwards to help an out of towner get back on the road.
A friend who dabbles in car repair finished off what they did not.
Great Customer Service and what was so amazing we needed to pick up my vehicle after work, and they actually waited.
Jason and his team provided great service, transparency with pricing and communication.
