Their first come first serve policy is unbeatable these days considering most places want to schedule you for a quick fix.
On a late Friday afternoon when I called in a panic because I couldn't get my rear door closed they said to come in, when I called the dealership of which I will not name but would love too, they didn't bother to even call back, these guys said "no problem, bring it in.
The tech Rocky was absolutely great, knew what he was doing and had a great attitude
If you need tires, brakes or an oil change Shore Tire is the place to go.
The only issue is customer service is a bit "confusing" on the phone and in person.
I can trust that they are going to be honest, not take advantage of me & provide good service.
They are a very ethical and caring company.
