Owner cares a lot about customer satisfaction and value. Employees work hard to do their job properly. I have before and after photos of how filthy my car was, to looking brand new within a 2 hour wait time (not bad at all)! I would just recommend to call the place the day of your scheduled reservation to double confirm if they have you in their bookings. I had to reschedule my appointment after showing up because there wasn't enough communication, but after making a phone call, everything was fine and the owner gave me a discount for the issue. In the end, I would recommend this place for a full interior detail with a bonus of a nice customer service experience. They will get the job done, and right!

Once I came to pick up my car, I was able to inspect the car and they cleaned and polished any area that I wanted more attention on.
After running around a bunch of body shops, I found Oscar here in Pasadena that not only got all the water out my carpets, but also referred me to another shop to get the initial issue resolved.
Not only did they tell me what wash service is best, they didn't try to upsell me on stuff I don't need.

This review is way over due, I brought my Jeep to them for the second time, and since we got our new puppy, the inside of the car was covered in our new puppy fur.
The man who helped me when I arrived and picked up my car was very friendly too and offered to have me point out specific areas of concerns I had to make sure they got addressed (I told him I had a recent spill in the car), which they did.
