Go see this guy! Appointments are a good idea, but it's because they are popular for a reason. It was late in the evening but he took my car and was very friendly and personable. He even gave me advice on how to get my phone to be a free wifi hotspot while we were waiting for tests to complete. He knows a lot about a lot, and even though I kept him late he volunteered a military discount I didn't even ask about once he found out. Even knew about new incentives California offers for turning in older cars . ..
