Although the inspection pointed out several things to get addressed down the road, Southgate Auto Center's technicians showed me that there were significant safety concerns that needed taken care of now and did there very best to address them quickly, professionally and economically.
He has experience with my warranty company Endurance ( that's another story, not a good one) so he filed the claim because turned out that my rear differential went out and there was a leak in my transfer case.
Mr Ricky also stayed late after closing hours to make sure all loose ends and maintenance was properly taking care of.
They fixed my a/c problem in record time all while providing excellent customer service.
The only slight hiccup is, and this is becoming common place in the retail market, there is a 3% fee added of you pay via credit card, so just go in knowing that fact.
I dropped my car off at 8:30 am and it was ready to take home around noon.
I have brought my truck here both times for new tires, had my brother take his car there for tires as well.
My experience was the best with Southgate auto center they went above and beyond when they worked on my van,they are the best downriver.
