We have had a variety of repairs/service on our trucks (2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD and 2012 GMC Sierra 2500 HD) over the past couple of years, and are extremely pleased with Sparks Diesel.
My husband called pretty early Monday morning like 8 or 9am and was pleasantly surprised to hear that the owner had already taken a look at the truck without even hearing from us!!
They complete the service on time if not before originally promised.
I've had a few oil changes and tire rotations done by Matt, owner of Sparks Diesel.
I miss working there and would take and or recommend them to anyone hands down!
I emailed them to get my money back and Sparks Diesel said there was a transaction policy and card charge somewhere in the office.
They did good work but didn't notify us of a 33 dollar charge if you use your debit card instead of cash to pay.
