Which means they DO NOT blow through your car as cheap as possible for insurance just because they have good working relationships with those certain insurance companies and want to keep it that way, however here Roy (the owner) does work with insurance but on his terms.
They saved me money by being able to buff out some scratches that another shop said I had to have repainted.
