I was in a car accident and needed to have my car repaired as soon as possible. I went to several other car shops before this one and i either received poor customer service, the run around as to when they might have the car ready or ignored while waiting to talk to someone about car repair while at the shop. I came to Sunn West and had to do a double take when I walked in their establishment. It had a very personal feel to the shop and was immediately greeted and asked how they could help me. We went to look at my vehicle and they told me they would be able to help. They gave me an idea when the car would be ready and a fist bump and they took over the repair from there. While not the cheapest estimate I received, the prompt communication, pleasant interactions, and competitive pricing led me to choose Sunn West City Auto Body to do the repair.
I liked how close they were to my house and how they worked with the rental car company.
