Still the best alignment and suspension shop in Springfield.
My steering wheel had been jacked up badly to the point I had to manually turn off my turn signals each time prior to taking my truck in after changing the steering shaft.
I have taken many vehicles here for repairs or upgrades and have always been taken care of and had the highest level of service!
Car was successfully aligned in a timely and cost effective manner,they were friendly, and the bear is cute
They was very nice polite and respectful
He had to call before they closed to see if his car was done but they apparently were having a problem with their equipment but apologized and his car was ready

It was also nice they filled my tires with air too.
