Amazing service. Office staff is very friendly, knows a lot about cars, and work hard to accommodate my schedule. The mechanics are so wonderful and very thorough. They know a lot about foreign cars which is a must when working on my vehicle. They go above and beyond to take care of my car. The office and where they work on the cars is very clean and well kept. I have been going to them for a couple years, having went elsewhere a couple of times always regretting it and going to Master Mechanic to fix what another mechanic didn't or messed up on. Something so simple as an oil change wasn't done right by another company and they ended up ruining an expensive car part and Master Mechanic caught it, fixed it and really made sure everything else was done right. I have a 2012 BMW 325i that just quit starting one morning and it ended up needing a new starter.
I needed a second opinion on a major issue with my vehicle and Steve was right on top of it.
Currently will not accept any new customers unless with European vehicles.
