Took my XJ Cherokee to Thom's because my heat was blowing cold and spoke to Gregg. Little did I know I would find my new favorite shop on the Northside. After they flushed the system thoroughly my heater is almost TOO hot without any pricey repairs! They could have just skipped that step and told me the whole system was shot, but they know what they're doing and saved me hundreds of bucks. Being a 2001 Jeep, naturally they gave me a comprehensive list of recommendations for other maintenance via text message including photos which was awesome. Never at any point did I feel like I was being upsold or pressured on anything.
