When it came down to do the work, I was a bit short on cash but their benevolent shop manager didn’t charge me for parts on a specific but critical repair.
They held my hand through the whole process, ensuring that I knew everything that was going on & what my next steps should be & were very transparent about costs for repairs & did not overcharge or suggest something that my car didn't need.
Went in for an oil change, left a customer for as long as I live here!
