They switched my tires out free of charge after honoring that I had previously purchased my tires through them.
The nice folks at tire zoo took out the nail and plugged the hole for twenty bucks and provided the invaluable service of reassuring my car-ignorant self that I didn’t need new tires and that I was safe to drive on the ones I had.
