Took my 92 mustang Foxbody to get paint correction and man o man he brought the OG paint back out.
I think that practicing the fake customer service voice might help with some of the bad reviews, but it's still understandable that you didn't want to be fake.
When I called to schedule my appointment, he asked about dog hair in the vehicle (which I definitely had) and let me know up front that there would be an additional charge, which I expected.
