I've always been one to get repairs done at the dealership on my newer vehicles, but then I received an estimate on new brakes from the Cadillac dealership that seemed outrageous.
I brought it into Mavis again after the first alignment and they still claimed it was an alignment issue, which didn't fix the problem at all (plus they left oil and grease marks everywhere on the driver's side door).
