The team at Vaupell did a great job.
This activity was simply an oil change and general preventive and safety inspection.
Very quick turnaround and answered all my questions.
Will be needing work in the future and will be back here for it.
They cleaned my engine with some high-tech engine cleaner before doing an oil change a couple of weeks ago and the oil is still clean.
Everything is electronically communicated, they answer questions personally as needed and provide what is necessary vs what is proactive.
I've used Vaupell for at least 3 major repairs and every time they keep the timeline they quoted me and the cost is fair.
Very helpful in explaining the issues with my vehicle and the repairs needed.
Somehow a rock was stuck between the brake caliper and a metal guard.
